LESOTHO, UNIQUE FIELDRECORDING AND PICTURE, BASOTHO INITIATION SONG

Basotho boys (henceforth to be considered young men) just returning back to their village after being initiated. Unique fieldrecording, recorded on an old little casseteplayer held together with elastic while simultaneously photographed (only one picture was allowed to be taken and from a distance) in Lesotho, Qacha's Nek district near Hill Top in December 1988 or Januari 1989.
