Remembering Tuku: Artists pay tribute to Zimbabwean music icon Oliver Mtukudzi.
Many music artists, actors and music promoters paid tribute to Zimbabwean musician Oliver Mtukudzi, who passed away at the age of 66, on 23 January. This is Africa spoke to various artists including renowned actress, Jesesi Mungoshi who played Neria in the critically acclaimed movie “Neria”, Picky Kasamba, a veteran vocalist and dancer in Tuku’s band The Black Spirits, South African Saxophonist Steve Dyer, Hosiah Chipanga, DJ Godfather Templeman, and music promoter Patson Chimbodza “Chipaz”.
