I love Kenya (song from Mombasa)

This song was purchased on the streets of Mombasa, Kenya in early 2000. The audio quality here is not the best because it was taken from a VHS travel video, our only surviving copy. We love this song, but we don't know anything about it. I'd love to hear from anyone who might be able to provide information on this song (especially info on how we can get our hands on a replacement CD).
