SPECIAL RECORD STORE DAY ANNOUNCE!
The classic debut album from Senegal’s Cheikh Lô gets a welcome release on vinyl, pressed on 180gm alongside a 16 page colour booklet this Record Store Day (21st April 2018). Produced in Dakar by Youssou N’Dour, the cassette version set Senegal alight on its release in 1995 and the CD (containing different mixes) was an international success for World Circuit. Now, over 20 years later, the legendary cassette mixes have been found and mastered and are made available for the first time outside Africa alongside the original cover artwork.
